Current Open Positions
Nevada State Museum, Carson City
Curator of History, Key Roles:
- Research requests from the public.
- Oversight of the History Department Collections.
- Supervises the History Department Staff, including a planned Collections Manager and Curator of Textiles.
- Liaison with the Museum’s Friends group to coordinate museum public engagement activities.
- Working with the education curator and other staff, develop public education content, programming and exhibits, and the execution of same.
- Produces analytical and narrative reports covering their areas of responsibility.
